Amazon Money Back Guarantee

Amazon does not exactly shout from the rooftops that this money back guarantee exists (in fact, you don't find it on any Amazon page), but as soon as you bought a product and Amazon drops the price after that, Amazon will refund you the price difference.

But only if you ask for it.

How to get the money back

Very easy.

• Go to Amazon and click on help (upper right corner)
• Click on the "Customer Service" button on that page
• Now select the "E-mail"-tab and click on the issue field
• Select "Returns&Refunds"
• Choose the items which have dropped and tell them in the form that the price has dropped and that you want a refund for the difference. As a proof you can copy our notification mail into the form.

One last word about the availability of the guarantee. For Amazon.com it is 30 days (i.e. you can claim a refund within 30 days after the purchase). For other Amazon platforms it may be a shorter period. Just call the customer service and ask them.
