We have introduced a price statistics module: For each product you can see the price development during the last weeks (provided there were price changes). You can access the statistics via our home page or via the toolbar ("My Notifications") - just open the respective page and click on the round blue icons with the three bars.

Version 0.0.9 of our toolbar has been released. It has many great new features:

  • Exclusively in Apnoti: the bargains button helps you to find great deals on Amazon
  • Shortcuts to hidden Amazon links
  • Shortcuts to special Amazon links like Movers & Shakers, New Releases, Most Gifted, Bestsellers etc.
  • relax while you are shopping: Apnoti now has an integrated web radio (only Microsoft Internet Explorer version)
  • user profiles can now be changed (email/password)
  • URL shortcuts - you can create shortcuts to favorite sites (instead of typing long URLs you just enter the shortcut)

COMPUTER BILD, Europe's largest PC magazine, has reviewed Apnoti in issue 8/2008 and included our toolbar on its CD.

On Request of our German users, Apnoti is now also available in German.
For users who want to get the latest price drops of Amazon on a regular basis without visiting our home page, we have created an RSS feed.

Also, Apnoti browser extension 0.0.8 was released, with loads of changes and improvements (many of them on user request). The most important changes are:

  • thanks to the new login mechanism you can now access your notifications from any computer with an Apnoti browser extension
  • all windows opened by the browser extension can now be resized, moved. etc.
  • notifications will not automatically be deleted when the price has dropped. We will keep sending notifications until you remove the item from your notification list.

  • alternatively to using our browser extension you now can enter alerts directly on our home page - no need to install a browser extension
  • new design
  • most recent price drops we have found are displayed on our home page - you can now profit from all price changes we have found
