The personal data of the User shall be used exclusively for the processing of the contracts concluded between the parties.

No personal data of the User transmitted to the Supplier shall be made accessible to third parties without the written consent of the User, unless this should be required by statutory or official decree.

Upon the completion of the processing of the contract, the data of the User that must be stored for legal reasons shall be blocked. Such data shall no longer be available for any further use. Moreover, the personal data shall be deleted, unless the User has explicitly consented to any further processing and use of its data. In this case, the User may retrieve the stored data at the Supplier’s premises, or have the data edited or deleted. Such consent may be revoked at any time.
